In this Public Event, you'll be guiding the Resonant Splinter to the end destination. Secure the Resonant Splinter is the newest Public Event added to Destiny 2 and can appear in the Flourescent Canal and Miasma areas of the Throne World. Secure The Resonant Splinter (new with The Witch Queen).You can also complete a secret objective for each to unlock a Heroic version of the Public Event for more potential rewards. Each one provides a chest with random loot upon completion, Glimmer, and Throne World Reputation. ![]() There are three Public Events that can spawn throughout the Throne World. This will allow you to uncover additional secrets within the Throne World destination. You can also unlock Deepsight Tier 2 and Deepsight Tier 3 at Rank 11 and Rank 15, respectively. At Rank 18, you'll unlock additional difficulties for The Wellspring, both of which provide a great way to farm Ascendant Alloys for crafting weapons. You can also gain 20 Throne World Rank from collecting Fundamental Osmium scattered randomly throughout the area.Īside from upgrade materials and Veritas Gear, you'll also be able to unlock the weekly replayable Campaign mission with additional difficulties at Rank 13. You can earn Throne World Reputation by completing bounties, patrols, public events, Lost Sectors, Wellspring runs, replayable Campaign missions, Altars of Reflections, discovering secrets, and opening chests in the Throne World. Standard daily bounties offer 50 Throne World Rank and some XP, while repeatable bounties will net you 20 Throne World Rank and some XP.Īdditionally, there's a Reputation track that offers rewards based on your Throne World Reputation level. He's located near the Landing Zone at the Quagmire floating near a rock.įynch offers four daily bounties for 250 Glimmer each and an unlimited number of repeatable bounties which can be purchased for 3,000 Glimmer each, although you can only hold five repeatable bounties at a time. If you must run the lost sector more than once, I’d stick to the Tangled Shore for efficiency. ![]() This lost sector takes longer to clear than the Kingship Dock found in the Tangled Shore. This is right next to the spawn location in Divalian Mists, which happens to be the only place players can spawn when heading to the Dreaming City. ![]() If you specifically need to find Scorn in the Dreaming City for some reason, I’m a big fan of the Bay of Drowned Wishes. The drawback is that it can take a while before you start finding them. This mission has quite a few Powerful Scorn to defeat. I’m sure there’s an exact number but I didn’t bother to count.Īnother option, for those searching for Powerful Scorn, is to play through the Presage mission, which is also accessed via the Tangled Shore map. The Kingship Dock lost sector will provide approximately 35-50 Scorn enemies. Head to the one further away from Spider that we’ve hovered over in the image above. One is closer to the NPC known as Spider, and one is further up and above the spawn location. Set a course for Thieves’ Landing and note there are two different lost sectors. If your objective is to kill Scorn and it doesn’t specify a location, the best place to do this is the Kingship Dock lost sector in the Tangled Shore. This enemy type was brought in along with the Tangled Shore and Dreaming City, and this guide will show you the best place to farm them. Today, those odd things are the Scorn, an enemy type introduced with the Forsaken DLC that released in September 2018. Depending on the day and the current event, Destiny 2 players are likely to be searching for some very odd things. ![]()
